To me it felt like Hebrew in that all the nouns and verbs are based off these roots, and crop up in all sorts of interesting positions and forms while still retaining the base meaning of the root. Hmm, that was a really bad explanation. But hopefully you get what I mean. A sort of 'flavour' of the root that extends to everything formed from it.
And yeh I know that Hebrew is mostly triliteral with occasional quadriliterals. I haven't seen any five letter ones..
