Congratulations! Sorry to hear your therapist is so under-informed. Some friends of mine are involved with delivering training on trans and nonbinary stuff to therapists - want me to ask them for suggested resources? If your therapist is worth their salt they should take the lead in educating themselves so they can fully support you.
