Oct. 26th, 2007 04:10 pmYesterday I got permission from one of my Linguistics lecturers to do my final essay on the topic of leetspeak. Namely whether it's a register, dialect, or whatever. Or to put it more generally, what are the features of leetspeak and what pigeonhole can I put it in as a result :p
