I was in Bondi Junction yesterday and you are absolutely correct. I am such an oblivious soul, and had not previously noticed how dominated the walls are with this particular advertisement. The loudspeaker was something that I had tuned out previously but, now that you have drawn my attention to it, I realise how unbelievably presumptious of them it is to assume that I am interested in listening to bubblegum pop. And that screen in the plaza! Orwell is spinning in his grave!

Is this really a taste of the "future"? I don't want it.
