haha isn't it awesome that you can be 5 min walk from the beach and still be west of the east ;). I totally know what you mean though with the whole "westie" issue.
I wonder what the demographics of the east will be like in 20 years time? Will housing prices push such people out or will the market blow up resulting in the place becoming...far worse than it is now?
