Like a few things people have done that was intentional and only meant as a joke that went on and on, I asked to stop directly cause it was really starting to bug me, and it was cool
But like if it was just a minor pet hate of mine, it's not their fault they do something minor that I personally don't like people doing (eg. picking nose or whatever habit it is :P) (in which case it'd be B or E)
I think situation/context/person involved influences your choice a lot too, because if its also something you know they're not intending to do, you don't want to make them think its a big deal when its only an annoyance you don't like, and you don't want to upset them over (pretty much, when you think about it), nothing
