new shoes are teh sexay
Apr. 18th, 2006 10:34 pmI have boots! *dances* they're black and pointy and have pretty high heels, but damn they look good. And funny how an article of clothing can make one feel more attractive suddenly, even when it's barely visible.
The day was spent mostly with Zhe, although we met up with Alison and co for lunch at Ichiban-boshi. Zhe bought an optical mouse and a pair of pants. I got my boots, some pants, and my ticket to Piano Stories 3. Now if only i had someone to go with.. *looks around for company*. Afterwards we went to City Hunter for an hour and I played CS for the first time in 2 years and the 3rd or 4th time ever. I was so crap at it, I mean you would think that being right next to someone and using a knife on them would kill them eh? Or perhaps shooting an AK-47 at them at point blank range would kill them, but noooo. So eventually we stopped and I played some Civ 4 (first time since the breakup) while Zhe played Generals. And in between that I sorta struck up a conversation with the random guy next to me who was playing a gnome in WoW. Another thing i have to thank the ex for.. if it weren't for him I would never have played WoW, would never have even known what a gnome looked like. And would probably have never had the confidence to strike up conversations with randoms about it even if I did know those things.
And in other news, I stole a quiz off a friend's blog!

hahah according to the statistics, 30% of people taking the quiz are insecure, 28% are the hopeless romantic, only 3% are controlling, 11% submissive, 9% grounded, 9% dreamer, 2% cynic, 5% free spirit, and 3% padlocked. Personally i think that this probably says more about the types of people who take online quizzes than the proportions of personality types out there.
