people who don't contribute to something at all, and then just sign their name on a card or whatever and reap the benefits of other people's work

So, lots of 21st birthdays coming up soon..anyone got any good suggestions for a place to have dinner?

So far these are my specifications :

* somewhere I haven't been before
* price range of approx $20 per meal
* not too snobby or cheapo
* not too loud - place where you have to yell just to be heard at all aren't cool
